Trump's Family Member Seeks Professional Tips from Golf Legend Woods Before Professional Golf Debut

The young golfer will have plenty of well-known cheerleaders when she starts her LPGA debut this Thursday.
The 18-year-old athlete, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, obtained a special exemption to compete at the Annika tournament in Florida.
The former president, a passionate golfer, operates several courses worldwide and often competes against his granddaughter.
"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we have some close matches," she stated.
She mentioned that her grandfather, who cannot attend, counseled her: "Just don't get nervous."
"He practically told me to compete and have fun," she added.
"To me, he's just an ordinary family member. He can't make it this weekend. He's busy with world affairs, so he's somewhat preoccupied."
While still amateur, Kai has competed in just three tournaments this year and holds the 461st position in AJGA standings.
But she can receive tips from golf legend, who is dating her mother.
"He is the top athlete worldwide," the young golfer said.
"Additionally, he's a more impressive human being. He told me to play, enjoy myself, adapting to the flow."
The golfer will compete against several the biggest names in women's golf at the competition, featuring second-ranked Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.
Tournament organizers commented that her participation brings golf to wider groups, particularly among younger fans.
The young star has millions of followers and has started her own fashion and living label.
The competition starts at 5:30 PM GMT.
