'Living a Nightmare': Families of Missing Teenagers Await Answers After Alpine Blaze
The loved ones of young people lost after a deadly inferno at a bar in a Switzerland's ski resort are enduring an painful period of uncertainty for answers and appealing for any details about their children online.
The fire ripped through the a popular bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Alps of south-west Switzerland, in the early hours of January 1st. Verified video reveal the roof structure igniting as bottles with sparklers are held aloft.
Emergency services have warned that it could take days if not weeks to formally name the those who perished of the fire, which resulted in the death of four dozen individuals and wounded another over a hundred. Giovanni Tamburi, 16, is likewise among the missing. His parent explained that he had been on holiday but had ventured out with friends and found himself at the venue.
